"Transforming finance rarely fails because leaders lack ambition or vision. It fails when vision is not translated into an operating model built on integrated processes, trusted data architectures, effective governance, aligned behaviors and incentives, and the execution discipline required to meet today's business demands. Too many organizations attempt to compete in tomorrow's marketplace while relying on yesterday's operating model. The Strategic Finance Operating Model™(SFOM™) was created to bridge that gap - transforming strategic vision into sustained execution and enabling organizations to achieve superior performance, resilience, enterprise success, and enduring vitality."
